Our Spanish-Basque style chorizo pork sausage is sourced from local, northwest pork and hand-mixed using traditional methods and seasonings from an in-house recipe. It's a custom, Angus Meat's online exclusive and we're excited to introduce it for the first time ever in a variety of presentations: links & bulk packaging. 

For your safety all of our products are minimally handled, fresh-packed, vacuum-sealed, and flash frozen. All products have USDA stamp of approval and meet the highest standards for quality and freshness.
