I used the jamiacan jerk rub on a pork loin roast in the crock pot and added more cumin and oregano, orange juice and a can of Modelo. Best roast I have ever made. The spices were perfect and I did not have to use a lot. I will be buying more spice and trying other things!

Spectacular blackened chicken marinade/sauce! Marinate chicken breasts; blacken on medium high in lightly oiled (olive) cast-iron skillet - @ 3 minutes per side. Place in pre-heated 350 degree oven @ 10 minutes. Finish under broiler. DELICIOUS!!
