Scottish Ale Brat

 Our Scottish Ale Brats are made with fresh-ground pork and locally-brewed Ale from the No-Li Brewhouse in Spokane, Wa! They have a course, meaty texture and a savory bite. The collagen casing crisps to perfection and is a perfect addition to any meal.  Serve with hoagie buns and pile on the toppings, on pizzas, in casseroles, by themselves, or however you fancy.
