Applewood Smoked Bacon Cheddar Bratwurst

Made with real, applewood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese and northwest-raised pork. 

These house-made bratwursts have a course, meaty-bite with a delightfully smokey flavor which is reminiscent of campfire nostalgia or summer BBQs. The bite is decidedly pork but the flavor is reminiscent of frankfurters. Serving suggestion: serve on hoagie buns and pile on the toppings, or cut and spread over pizzas, in casseroles, by themselves, or however you fancy.
