Administrative Assistant Position
Angus Meats is a producer of Quality beef, pork and chicken that is cut and packaged at our Spokane production facility. Angus Meats has been in business for 53 years and continues to serve local restaurants and grocers. We have great pay and benefits, plus an amazing Monday – Friday schedule with weekends and holidays off. We are looking for an amazing Administrative Assistant who is reliable and energetic with a positive can-do attitude. The administrative Assistant will be responsible for our Angus Meats online store.
The Ideal candidate will be able to prioritize work with little to no supervision, be a team player, and be eager and willing to learn and grow with the company. This person will be self-motivated and trustworthy. We are looking for someone to work hard but have fun while working. We are willing to train the right person for this position if you have a basic understanding of computer and typing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Able to handle the flow of a very fast-paced office environment.
- Be a willing and fast learner (note taking is crucial and mandatory for this position).
- Customer Service, Phones, Invoicing, Filing, support the CEO, COO, Office Manager and the Sales Team.
- Run errands i.e.: Post Office, Purchase Office Supplies, etc.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required for this position.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage time.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Canva, Outlook, Shopify and AS400 (can train on AS400)
- Willingness to help in production when needed.
- Manage our online store
- Ability to withstand Very cold Temperatures
- Weekly Dry Goods Inventory, ordering
- Handle all social media
- Must be able to work full shift, with some O/T when needed
- Cleaning the office daily
SKILLS:
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal abilities, grammar, warm friendly attitude towards customers and employees
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to handle stress of a fast-paced office.
- Typing and 10-key experience.
- Some Marketing, social media experience
Pay ranges from $18.00 to $19.50 depending on experience.

Warehouse & Delivery Driver
THIS POSITION REQUIRES BOX TRUCK EXPERIENCE.
Angus Meats, Inc. is looking for a responsible and reliable Warehouse/Delivery position. The Warehouse/delivery position is a full-time position. You will be spending 80% working in the warehouse and 20% delivery to our customers. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE DRIVING EXPERIENCE.
**THIS IS A NON-CDL position**
Responsibilities
- Organize coolers and freezers
- Receive products, rotate and organize new product in coolers and freezers
- Cross train on the production floor.
- Dailey tasks, Dailey cleaning.
- Pick and palletize orders
- Drive company van or box truck to deliver product to addresses across Airway Heights, Spokane, Post Falls, Liberty Lake, and CDA
- Collect payments
- Nurture the buyer/supplier relationship with our customers using polite and friendly customer service/ Rotate stock for Customers.
- Complete driving logs and reports
- Follow DOT regulations, safety standards and HAACP Protocol
- Position Requirements
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST/ BACKGROUND CHECK
- Must have a valid Washington/ Idaho driver's license
- Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
- Good driving record with no traffic violations (last 3 years)
- Can lift 80-lbs on a regular basis
- Must know how to navigate Spokane/CDA area well, without relying on a map*
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High school degree OR equivalent
- Able to withstand cold temperatures
- Positive "can-do" attitude
- Aptitude and willingness to learn new things
- Must be able to follow directions
- Must be able to read and write English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week, During Summer Months, 40 Hours during Winter Months
