Refund policy
Quality is of utmost importance here at Angus Meats. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have received please contact us immediately (509) 482-7033.
Generally we can replace or credit any product that is returned to the store or we are contacted within 72 hours of purchase for the following: if the product is out of date, it is the wrong product, or the product is spoiled. Since we're not able to physically assess the product, we may ask that you provide photos of the product label and damage reported.
The following reasons are not covered under our refund policy:
