About this box:  You tell us your favorites, we fill in the rest. Wholesome, delicious & nutritious Choice Grade Angus Beef steaks. Hand-cut, hand-trimmed, vacuum-sealed. The number of steaks will vary, based on size / weight. All boneless. 

NOTE: Your box will contain a collection (3-5 pieces) of Angus beef steaks. Choose your favorite steak from the drop down to select your main item. We'll add atleast 1-2 of your favorite steaks, then we'll fill in the blanks with whichever steak is the "butcher's cut" of the day. Any of the following:

• Stew Meat / Steak Bites

• Flank
• Ball-tip
• Petite Sirloin
• Beef Griller Steaks (Petite shoulder tenders)
