Angus Meats' frenched-trimmed Tomahawk Chop is incredibly tender and rich in flavor. It is the perfect gift-able beef steak for both seasoned cooks and newbies in the kitchen. What is it? A prized cut among beef-lovers, this french-trimmed bone-in steak is sure to inspire awe at any dinner table. Other names for this cut include “frenched bone-in ribeye,” or “cote du boeuf", even sometimes also called a "Cowboy Steak" (but our version of the Cowboy Steak has a shorter bone. Shop USDA Prime Cowboy Steak here.) It is essentially a bone-in ribeye, but the bone is cut long and then frenched for a striking visual effect (also works great as a handle when carving the meat!).
